The Citi Strata Premier® Card is a revamped version of the Citi Premier card. It’s still a mid-tier travel rewards card, but now with some travel benefits and an increased welcome offer. Much remains the same as the previous card, such as the 3x points on dining, grocery, air travel, hotels, and gas stations, and then 1x on all other purchases. You still get $100 off a single hotel stay of $500 or more per year (excluding taxes and fees) when booked through CitiTravel.com. There are no foreign transaction fees so this card is a good international travel companion. It does charge an annual fee, but if you make use of the hotel credit, it’s essentially free.
